Dear Parent/Guardian,

Main Frame Photography will be at your centre to capture this year’s memories. Siblings will be photographed together when they attend on the same day.

We will take a variety of images of your child, which will then be provided to you on a proof sheet within 2 weeks of the event for you to then order your portraits online via our online ordering system within a few weeks of photo week.

Please fill in the form below and send it through to us so we can get your proofs to you. YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED.
