Refund Policy

Main Frame Photography will meet it’s requirements under the relevant state policy regarding refunds.

Due to the nature of our product there are limited circumstances in which a refund will be given which is dependent on how you purchased your photographs. Please refer to your purchase process below:

Where photos have been purchased by viewing a proof sheet

We are not required to provide a refund or reshoot of your child’s photos if you simply change your mind.

If there is a fault with the printing of the product we will replace those photos once the faulty photos are returned to us.

Where photos have been prepaid

We are not required to provide a refund or reshoot of our child’s photos if you change your mind.

We will refund or reshoot the photos if there is a major problem with the photos.

In all circumstances where digital files have been provided

We will not refund due to the digital nature of the images only a reshoot will be made available if possible.
