Main Frame Photography provides professional photography services specialising in Kindergartens, Childcare Centres, Primary Schools and Sporting Clubs. By engaging our services you (“you”, “your”, “client”, “parent/guardian” or “Centre/Kinder”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Booking Cancellations
A booking may be cancelled by you prior to any communication being sent to families. Once communication has been sent about the event to families and you need to change your dates then we will work with you to achieve this but a complete cancellation will incur a fee of $500.
1.2 Unattended Location Fee
If we attend a Kindergarten/Centre/School/Club and it has been closed for the day without 48 hours notice a daily fee of $500 will be charged.
1.3 Delivery
We will deliver the orders to the Kindergarten/Centre/School/Club within 4 weeks of the last scheduled photo day.
All orders should be kept in the office and collected by the parents. We will not be held responsible for orders that are not distributed this way. Club photos will be given to the team mangers for distribution.
1.4 Promotion of the event
We ask that all marketing materials regarding the event are distributed widely including through emails, social media and any other communication channels.
We will deliver to the event location posters and flyers prior to the event.
We require the ability to place flyers into the children’s bags (Kindergarten and Childcare Centres) on 2 occasions. Once when we initially deliver the marketing material and then again the week before the scheduled event.
1.5 Extreme Weather
If there is extreme weather for example: days over 35 degrees or forecast rain all day we will contact you as early as possible and reschedule customers to another day.
We may under these circumstances arrive extremely early to photograph early under these conditions.
1.6 Catch up days
We will endeavour to offer catch up days children are absent from the event due to illness. We can not guarantee that this will happen and will be based around the availability of team members.
1.7 File Storage
Files are backed up on external hard drives and protected from unauthorised access.
Client information is used only to manage bookings, orders, and communication.
No RAW (unedited) files are released.
Files are retained for a minimum of 1 year (unless agreed to between parties) and the following will apply:
2.1 Privacy Compliance
Main Frame Photography complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at ma******************@******om.au. While I take reasonable steps to protect the security of your personal information, data protection and security measures can never be 100% guaranteed. Your information is stored securely and only used for legitimate operational purposes directly related to your photography booking or gallery access.
2.2 Limitation of Liability
While every care is taken during sessions and delivery of images, Main Frame Photography is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control including accidental human error.
2.3 Intellectual Property
All images and materials remain the intellectual property of Main Frame Photography.
You receive a personal licence to use your images for private, non-commercial purposes only.
2.4 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g. illness, equipment failure, extreme weather, or emergencies). We will reschedule sessions wherever possible.
